Dear Michelle,

I would like to thank you for all your assistance in finding me a suitable
job with Advantage Asset Managers. I have to say this is the first time
that I have experienced such quick and effective assistance from an
agency.

I think the process took about three weeks from meeting with you and then
meeting twice with the company, to finally getting an offer a week later.
I would recommend Talent Exchange to anyone that is out in the market
looking for a job and I have already recommended many of my colleagues to
contact you.

I don't believe that we have met but, nevertheless I would like to compliment Talent Exchange formally for the way in which they handled a recruitment process with me.

Unfortunately I don't think that there are words in the English language to describe how great this team is. 

I have never before experienced such professionalism and efficiency in a recruitment agency as I did with Michelle and her team.  They really do justice to the phrase 'personal touch', that is they practice it. 

They dealt with me with utmost care and honesty throughout the entire process. I was definitely not just another candidate to them, I was also a client and this made me feel great.

They kept me updated on the status that we were at every step of the way.  Michelle went as far as to disclose her home telephone number to me and extended the invitation to contact her at any time if there was anything I needed to clarify even over the weekend.   Which I did and she entertained all my calls which enthusiasm and professionalism.

Michelle constantly counseled me with my issues that I faced during making my choice and she called me on a regular basis to find out how I was coping and also to wish me on my birthday.

All the above is definitely redefining the norm, bringing new meaning to exceptional service and a great experience!  I have already recommend Talent Exchange to my family and friends as the prefered recruitment agency that delivers and exceeds expectations.

I’ve been struggling to find a permanent job, I went from one agency to the next without any success but with Talent Exchange it took me a week to find a permanent job, with the help of the friendly staff it was really easy, I would like to thank Michelle for spotting the talent in me and her staff for making my dream come true.
